Russian Junior Team Championship among boys and girls takes place in Suzdal from July 31 to August 12, 2016.
The teams of junior schools (including sports schools) must consist of five players with at least one girl. Foreign players are not allowed.
Classical chess
Time frame: arrival - July 31, departure - August 10.
The event is a 9-round Swiss. The time control is 90 minutes plus 30 second per move for the entire game.
All rounds begin at 3 pm Moscow time. The players are allowed to be late for the start of the round for not more than 30 minutes, otherwise the team gets forfeited on all boards.
Draw offers before the move 40 are not allowed.
Guaranteed prize fund is 100,000 RR.
Rapid
The event is played on August 10-11. It is a 9-round Swiss with the 15 minutes + 10 second per move time control.
Prize fund - 50,000 RR.
Blitz
The event is played on August 12. It is a 9-round Swiss with the 3 minutes + 2 seconds per move time control.
Prize fund - 40,000 RR.
