On February 2-4, 2018, the regular XIII Congress of the Russian Chess Federation will be held according to the decision of the RCF Supervisory Board (December 16, 2017).
The Congress will open on February 3 at 12 p.m. (registration of delegates starts at 10:30 a.m.). Venue: Moscow, Central Chess Club (Gogolevsky Blvd 14/1).
Norms of representation:
- 1 delegate from each accredited regional sports chess federation of the Russian regions;
- 6 delegates (natural persons) - members of the Supervisory Board, who are not representing accredited regional sports chess federations of the Russian regions.
A delegate is not entitled to pass his/her vote to another person.
Regional sports chess federations of the Russian regions, accredited in accordance with the established procedure, should carry out their report-and-election congresses (conferences), elect the candidates for the regular XIII Congress and submit a duly executed (with the signature of the federation’s head and original seal) electronic copy of the protocol to the RCF Secretariat by e-mail office@ruchess.ru. before January 28, 2018.
At the Congress, every delegate should have a duly certified (with the signature of the federation’s head and original seal) original of the protocol with the full name of the delegate and his/her ID document.
The original of the protocol shall without fail be handed in upon registration of the participants and guests of the Congress (February 3, 10.30 – 12.00) to the RCF Secretariat.
The RCF pays for the delegates’ accommodation and board.
Sending organizations pay for their travel expenses.
