One qualification winner from each subject of Russian Federation is allowed to participate. The organizers also accept teams that won national competitions among amateur junior teams in foreign countries.
The teams of chess departments of junior physical training clubs, specialized sports schools, Olympic reserve schools, Culture Palaces, etc., or those that combine players from more than one school are not allowed to participate in the final.
In case of the violation of the above-mentioned requirements, a team is eliminated and is excluded from the final standings.
Booking and Checking in
1. Applying to participate
Please send your application for participation in the final stage of the competition and team profile to the Russian Chess Federation by email to: agafonova@ruchess.ru by 12:00 (Moscow) on 1 May. Applications and profiles sent after the deadline will not be considered.
The application must contain the full name of the educational institution, its address, telephone number, fax number, email, and the full name of the director.
APPLICATIONS CONTAINING INCOMPLETE INFORMATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR PROCESSING.
2. Information about accommodation at the Dagomys Health Complex.
A. Each team of 5 people: 4 players and 1 coach-team representative (in strict accordance with the application submitted – see item 1) shall be provided with accommodation in standard double and triple rooms and 3 buffet meals a day from 1 to 11 June.
* - We kindly ask that you provide information about your anticipated check-in together with your application. This information may be provided in any form.
Additional information:
Check-out time is 12:00 (Moscow).
The cost of one additional meal (breakfast, lunch, or dinner) is RUB 350.

3. Checking in to the Dagomys Health Complex.
Participants will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.
The simplified check-in procedure is available only to those who have provided information about their anticipated team check-in.
Participants who arrive at the Dagomys Health Complex without providing preliminary information about their anticipated team check-in will be served on a first-come, first-served basis and provided with the rooms that are available at their time of arrival.
