The Russian Team Championships in classical chess, rapid and blitz among boys and girls will be played in Yaroslavl on August 15-28, 2019. 

Children’s teams of the youth sports schools, art centers, schools and other educational institutions are entitled to take part in the event. Team composition: 7 participants, 4 regular players, including 1 girl, 1 reserve (boy or girl), 1 coach, and 1 representative. The participants’ age should not exceed 18 years old (2001 year of birth). No foreign participants are allowed to play for a team. A girl should play on the 4th board. One person can combine the functions of a coach and a representative.

Classical chess

Guaranteed prize fund is 130,000 roubles.

Time control: 90 minutes for the rest of the game, with 30 seconds added after each move from the beginning of the game.

Match days: August 16-24. Round start at 11 a.m. 

Draw negotiations before the 40th move are not permitted.

Rapid 

Guaranteed prize fund is 70,000 roubles.

Time control: 15 minutes for the rest of the game, with 10 seconds added after each move from the beginning of the game.

The tournament will be held on August 25-26.

Blitz

Guaranteed prize fund is 60,000 roubles.

Time control: 3 minutes for the rest of the game, with 2 seconds added after each move from the beginning of the game. 

The match day is August 27.
