Tournament's winners rewarded with Art Russe wine.

A party Chess & Jazz took place in the Central Chess Club in Moscow on December 13. This is the second event of the kind: the first Chess & Jazz festival was organized in Moscow in July 2018, and several similar events are going to be held in the Russian capital next year.

The guests, among whom were FIDE President Arkady Dvorkovich, RCF President Andrey Filatov with his wife Elena, grandmasters Ian Nepomniachtchi, Dmitry Kryakvin, and Timur Gareyev, were playing chess, listening to music and talking to each other in a relaxed atmosphere.

Candidate of historical sciences, curator of the RCF Chess Museum Dmitry Oleinikov showed the Museum's unique exhibits to everyone interested.

A team blitz tournament started at 9 p.m. 12 pairs of players took part in it. Ivan Novak and Roman Nastashkin from Esthetic Joys team won all the matches to win the tournament. RCF Executive Director Mark Glukhovsky rewarded them with wine from the Art Russe collection of 2015.

The party's headliner Bill Laurance, a three-time Grammy Award winner and one of the founders of Snarky Puppy fusion-influenced jam band, performed several musical compositions.
