Magnus Carlsen and Vishy Anand Pull Ahead at Tata Steel Masters

In the eighth round of the Tata Steel Masters, Magnus Carlsen beat Richard Rapport, Viswanathan Anand outplayed Shakhriyar Mamedyarov, Vladimir Fedoseev bested Samuel Shankland, while Vladimir Kramnik lost to Jan-Krzysztof Duda. The games Ding Liren - Nepomniachtchi, Vidit - Giri, and Van Foreest - Radjabov were drawn.
