Round 2 of Tata Steel Tournament Played in Wijk aan Zee

In the second round of the Tata Steel Masters in Wijk aan Zee, Vladimir Kramnik lost to Anish Giri, Jorden Van Foreest outplayed Jan-Krzysztof Duda, while the games Carlsen - Nepomniachtchi, Mamedyarov - Radjabov, Rapport - Shankland, Anand - Fedoseev, and Ding Liren - Vidit were drawn.

In the Tata Steel Challengers, the Russians Maksim Chigaev and Andrey Esipenko made draws against Evgeny Bareev, who is representing Canada, and Erwin l'Ami respectively. Maksim Chigaev is sharing the first place with 1.5 points. Esipenko has got 1 point.
