2015 Russian Cup Final among men and women takes place from December 4 to December 14 in Khanty-Maniysk. Both tournaments are knock-out, with four rounds for men and three rounds for women (16 and 8 players respectively). 

Each round consists of two games of 90 minutes + 30 seconds per move for each player. In case of a tie, the players proceed to a tie-break, which starts with two rapid chess games (15'+10''). If the rapid games also and in a draw, the match is decided in an Armageddon game - White gets 5 minutes against Black's 4 minutes, 3 bonus seconds per move for each player are added after the move 61, and a draw counts as a win for Black. 

Draw negotiations before the move 40 are not allowed. The players must be present at the opening ceremony and must be available for interviews after the game. 

The prize fund of the men's event is 1.2 million roubles, women's prize fund is 400,000 roubles.
