340 Applications Sent for Universal Chess Education in Russia Contest

The competition is held from December 15, 2017, till March 15, 2018.

The Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation and the Russian Chess Federation are holding a Contest Universal Chess Education in Russia from December 15, 2017, till March 15, 2018. The Contest is aimed at developing of a creative activity of teachers, supporting new technologies of chess education, increasing a professional level and skills of chess pedagogues, and spreading a foremost experience of the best teachers of the universal chess education.

Pedagogues, who teach chess at schools and in the system of an additional education, are invited to participate in the Contest. 340 applications have been already sent by January 16, 2018.  

The winners and active participants will be invited to take part in the All-Russian conference Universal Chess Education at the Russian Schools, which will be held during the all-Russian team competition for schools Belaya Ladya, Sochi, Dagomys, on June 3-6, 2018.
