Alexander Grischuk Finished Second Paris GCT Rapid Tournament

The winner is Magnus Carlsen.

On June 23, the ultimate three rounds were played at the Grand Chess Tour stage in Paris. 

The tournament was won by Magnus Carlsen, who scored 14 points (the scoring formula for the first half is 2 points for a win, 1 point for a draw.). Alexander Grischuk is 1 point behind. Hikaru Nakamura came third with 12 points scored.

Standings after rapid tournament:

1. Magnus Carlsen - 14 points out of 18, 2. Alexander Grischuk - 13, 3. Hikaru Nakamura - 12, 4-5. Shakhriyar Mamedyarov, Maxime Vachier-Lagrave - 11, 6. Wesley So - 9, 7. Sergey Karjakin - 8, 8. Veselin Topalov - 5, 9. Etienne Bacrot - 4, 10. Fabiano Caruana - 3. 

On June 24-25, the participants will play a double round-robin blitz tournament.
