Fabiano Caruana and Hou Yifan Triump at the Showdown
A chess festival ended in St. Louis.
On Sunday, November 15, a chess show with participation of Fabiano Caruana, Hikaru Nakamura, Hou Yifan, and Parimarjan Negi ended in St. Louis, USA.
On the last day, the participants played blitz matches of 8 games.
Fabiano Caruana defeated Hikaru Nakamura 4.5-3.5, and won the match with the combined score 10-8.
Hou Yifan also defeated Parimarjan Negi with the minimal margin, and won the match 11-7.
