Eighth Round of WGP Leg Completed in Gibraltar

Zhansaya Abdumalik strengthened the leadership.

The eighth round of the final leg of the FIDE Women’s Grand Prix was played on May 30 in Gibraltar. 

Zhansaya Amdumalik outplayed Alina Kashlinskaya to strengthen her leadership. Valentina Gunina beat Irina Bulmaga, Kateryna Lagno lost to Gunay Mammadzada, while Antoaneta Stefanova defeated Dinara Saduakassova. The games Paehtz - A. Muzychuk and M. Muzychuk - Dzagnidze were drawn.
