Chess Federation Head Elections Took Place in Lipetsk Region
Sergey Titov was re-elected for another term.
The electing conference of the chess federation of the Lipetsk region took place in the Elets State University on November 15. It was attended by 42 delegates from Lipetsk, Elets, and other districts of the Lipetsk region.
The meeting was conducted in a friendly and constructive atmosphere. The players of the Lipetsk region positively reviewed work of the federation and re-elected Sergey Titov for the next term.
The unofficial part of the event included a blitz tournament with prizes provided by the federation president, won by IM Gor Airapetian from Lipetsk.
