Mark Taimanov Turns 90!
The legendary grandmaster celebrates his jubilee.
On February 7, Mark Evgenyevich Taimanov celebrated his 90th birthday.
Mark Taimanov is a Chess Olympiad champion and four-time European champion with the USSR team. He participated in candidates matches and won a number of international tournaments. He is not only a well-established chess player, but also an outstanding professional pianist.
