Moscow Chess Team Takes Sole Lead at Russian Women's Team Championship

Mednyi Vsadnik pulls ahead in the Premiere League.


The fourth round of the Russian Team Championships among men and women was played on May 4 in the Grand Hotel Zhemchuzhina in Sochi.

Premiere League, Round 4 results:  

Kimmeria (Crimea) - Wildberries Molodezhka (Tyumen region) 0-6
SShOR (Saint Petersburg) - Ladya (Tatarstan) 3-3
Moscow Chess Team - Gogolevsky, 14 (Moscow) 4-2
KPRF (Moscow) - Mednyi Vsadnik (Saint Petersburg) 2.5-3.5

The Mikhail Botvinnik School had a bye.

 

 
Standings after Round 4:

1. Mednyi Vsadnik - 8 match points, 2. Gogolevsky, 14 - 6 points, 3. Wildberries Molodezhka - 5 out of 6, 4. Ladya - 5 out of 8.

Mikhail Botvinnik School - Kimmeria.

Mednyi Vsadnik will get a bye.
