The RCF President wishes happy birthday to Arkady Dvorkovich
The Russian Deputy Prime Minister turned 43.

The RCF President Andrey Filatov wished happy birthday to the Russian Deputy Prime Minister and member of the RCF Board of Trustees.
His address in the Kommersant newspaper reads as follows:
- Contribution of Arkady Vladimirovich to preserving and developing our chess traditions can hardly be overestimated. His work aimed at prosperity of Russian and international chess is continued for many years. He was the founder of the annual Tal Memorial, which takes place in Moscow for the last ten years. He was the Head of the Organizing Committe of two latest World Championships, one of them being played in Sochi right now.
Despite his busy schedule at the Russian government, Arkady Vladimirovich finds time not only to help chess, but also to follow games of the leading players and to maintain friendship with them. He is a passionate chess supporter. For his birthday I would like to wish him to preserve health, energy, and interest to life, in which chess place a significant role.
