Russian Women's Team Beats India in Round 4 of World Team Championships

The fourth round of the 2019 World Team Championships was played in Astana on March 8. In the open section, the match Russia - England ended in a draw (the games Nepomniachtchi - Adams, McShane - Grischuk, Andreikin - Howell, and Jones - Artemiev were drawn).

Other results: Sweden - Azerbaijan 3-1, USA - Kazakhstan 2-2, India - China 2-2, Iran - Egypt 3-1.

In the women's section, the Russian team defeated India 3.5-0.5 (Kateryna Lagno, Aleksandra Goryachkina, and Olga Girya won, and Alexandra Kosteniuk made draw).
