Igor Burshtein, publisher of 64 - Chess Review magazine and member of the RCF Supervisory Board, celebrates his 60th birthday on December 18. RCF President Andrey Filatov congratulates his colleague and friend.

Please accept the most sincere congratulations on your birthday! We've known each other for more than 15 years, since our study at the Belarusian State University of Physical Culture in Minsk. Boris Gelfand introduced us to each other, and our friendship has lasted for more than quarter of a century. Being a true chess fan, you are ready to do everything for your friends and you have proved it many times.My return to chess years later happened not without your contribution. Although this work is not easy, it still gives us joy and pleasure.
