Rounds 7-9 of the Croatia Grand Chess Tour Rapid and Blitz, the third event of the 2021 Grand Chess Tour Series, were played on the 8th of July in Zagreb. Rapid games count double, with 2 points for a win and 1 for a draw.
Ian Nepomniachtchi, who was leading the race throughout the event, became the winner.
