Participants of ACF Botvinnik Cup Visit Chess Museum in Moscow

Dmitry Oleinikov gave an insightful tour.


October 19 is a free day at the ACF Mikhail Botvinnik Cup, which is being played in the Central Chess Club in Moscow.

This day, the Cup's participants visited the Chess Museum, around which its supervisor, candidate of historical sciences Dmitry Oleynikov gave them an exciting tour.

Four rounds were played in the tournament. Almas Rakhmatullaev (Uzbekistan) is the sole leader of the open event with a perfect score. Maksim Tsaruk (Belarus) is trailing by half a point. 

Astghik Hakobyan (Armenia) is leading the race in the girls' tournament with 4 points. The Russian Alisa Nur-Mukhametova has got 3.5 points.
