Classical Part of Nutcracker Finishes in Moscow
Kings and Queens are ahead in their matches.

On December 22, round 4 of the Nutcracker Generation Tournament was played in the Central Chess Club in Moscow. In the men’s tournament, Sergei Rublevsky lost to Grigoriy Oparin. The games Yuffa - Shirov, Mamedyarov - Artemiev, and Esipenko - Gelfand were drawn.
After 4 rounds, the score is 18-14 in favor of Kings.
In the women’s event, Alksandra Maltsevskaya defeated Galina Strutinskaia, Tatiana Grabuzova bested Elizaveta Solozhenkina, while Ekaterina Goltseva lost to Ekaterina Kovalevskaya. The game Zaiats - Dimitrova is drawn.
The core is 19-13 in favor of Queens.
On December 23, the first 4 rounds of the rapid part will be played.
