Andrey Filatov Congratulates Pavel Shinsky
Earlier RCF Vice-President received Letter of Acknowledgment from the President of Russia.

CEO of CCI France Russie, RCF Vice-President Pavel Shinsky received a Letter of Acknowledgment from the President of Russia on October 15. He was the only representative of a foreign chamber of commerce and industry among those received the honors.
Andrey Filatov congratulated Pavel Shinsky on behalf of the Russian Chess Federation:
“A Letter of Acknowledgment from the President of Russia is an objective evaluation of your activities as a CCIFR leader, and your contribution to improving economic and cultural bonds between Russia and France. My sincere congratulations!”
Mr. Filatov also mentioned that Pavel Shinsky's work at the RCF facilitated the development of a number of RCF international projects.
“Thanks to Mr. Shinsky we organized several joint Russian-French event, including Alekhine Memorial supertournament in Louvre, Paris, and Russian Museum, St. Peterburg, which also received funding from the charity fund of Elena and Gennady Timchenko. Pavel Nikolaevich made a significant effort to organize such a grandiose chess event”, said Filatov.
