Final of FIDE Grand Prix Leg Begins in Hamburg

First game ended in a draw.


The final match between Alexander Grischuk and Jan-Krzysztof Duda started at the FIDE Grand Prix leg organized by World Chess in Hamburg. 

Alexander Grischuk got a seemingly attractive position but his opponent was defending actively and managed to reduce the play to an equal endgame. The draw followed after the Black's 46th move.  



The second game will be played on November 16. If the score remains equal, the players will determine the winner on tiebreak on November 17.
