Inarkiev Draws Gelfand In The Third Game

The third game of Gelfand-Inarkiev match was played on July 15 in Magas. Inarkiev had White. The players went to a Rossolimo Sicilian. On move 13 Gelfand employed a new idea and sacrificed an exchange. After a lengthy thought Inarkiev declined the sacrifice.
A non-standard position arose, with both sides having mutual chances. White ended up in time trouble and decided to force a draw by repetition, which Black could not avoid.
