Maksim Chigaev and Krishnan Sasikiran Lead Main Tournament at Aeroflot Open

The third round of main tournaments of the 17th International Chess Festival "Aeroflot Open 2019" was played in Cosmos Hotel on February 22.
Maksim Chigaev (Russia) and Krishnan Sasikiran, who respectively defeated Nihal Sarin and Aravindh Chithambaram (all from India), have taken the lead with 3 points.
Eight players, including the Russians Vladimir Fedoseev and Mikhail Antipov, are half a point behind.
Stanislav Bogdanovich (Ukraine) and Hovik Hayrapetyan (Armenia) are leading the "B" group with a perfect score.
There were four rounds played in the "C" tournament. Sumiya Chinguun (Molgolia) and Melis Mamatov (Kyrgyzstan) have pulled ahead with 4 points.
