Maxim Rodshtein and Kacper Piorun Lead European Individual Championship

The sixth round of the European Individual Championship was played in the capital of North Macedonia on March 24. Having defeated Kirill Alekseenko (Russia) and Ferenc Berkes (Hungary) respectively, Maxim Rodshtein (Israel) and Kacper Piorun (Poland) took the lead 5.5 points scored.
Eight participants, including the Russians Vladislav Artemiev, Vadim Zvjaginsev, Alexandr Predke, and Andrey Esipenko, are trailing by half a point.
