An opportunity to work with you is a great honor for me and my colleagues. I firmly believe that being a leader is a rare gift and heavy burden. Being a leader of one of the cornerstone regions for the country's economy is especially tough, as one needs to convince, insist, deal, and earn respect of thousands of people. However, being a true keeper of her homeland is something only a great Woman can master. Every time I meet you, I always admire your character, determination, and personal charisma and charm.
