St. Petersburg hosts Russian blitz and rapid championhsips
Two four championship will be played on May 12-16.
The Russian Open and Women championships in blitz and rapid chess will be organized in St. Petersburg on May 12-16. Each championship is an 11-round Swiss. The time controls are: for rapid games – 15 minutes plus 10 seconds increment, for blitz – 3 minutes plus 2 seconds increment.
Guaranteed prize funds:
men's rapid 350,000 roubles
men's blitz 90,000 roubles
women's rapid 250,000 roubles
women's blitz 60,000 roubles
