Russians Pursue Leaders in Brazil

The Russian Savva Vetokhin is 1 point behind him. Two girls have scored 4.5 points in the same age group. Elizaveta Kanter has got 4 points. Three participants took the lead with 4.5 points in the U10 open group. Leonid Lystsov has got 4 points scored. Two players with 4.5 points lead the girls' U10 category. Galina Mikheeva and Alexandra Shvedova have scored 4 and 3.5 points respectively.
Javokhir Sindarov (Uzbekistan) is the sole leader of the U12 open group - 5 points. The Russians Ilya Makoveev, Volodar Murzin and Martin Stukan are 1 point behind him. Three girls are heading the same age category with 4.5 points. Galina Mironenko has scored 3 points.
