Two Rounds of Ascension 2018 Tournament Played in Sochi
Teams from Kalmykia and Crimea have a perfect score.
Two rounds of the third all-Russian Championship for Orphanages and Boarding Schools Ascension 2018 are played in Sochi. Before the start, Chief Arbiter Yuri Lobanov reminded rules and regulations to participants, while the volunteers told them about the additional program. The Tournament's Director Alexander Tkachev gave souvenirs to two players who celebrate their birthdays on March 9. All the participants were granted with presents from the organizers.
Two teams - Cossack Cadet Corps named after O. Gorodovnikov (Kalmykia) and Simferopol Sports School №1 (Crimea) - have scored 8 points each (game points). Teams from Ryazan Oblast, Bryansk Oblast, Mari El, and Pskov Oblast are 1 point behind.
