World Youth Championship Round 8 Results
Four Russian players are in the lead.
The 8th round of the World Youth Championship in Khanty-Mansiysk was played today.
In the Open 14 event, Semyon Lomasov remains on first place with 7.5 points. Andrey Esipenko has 6.5 points.
Zhu Jiner (China) leads in the Girls 14 championship with 7.5 points. Aleksandra Maltsevskaya and Anastasia Zotova have 5.5 points.
In the Open 16 section, Haik Martirosyan (Armenia) has 7.5 points. Olexandr Triapishko is a full point behind.
The leader of the Girls 16 event is Polina Shuvalova, she has 6.5 points.
Maksim Vavulin leads in the Open 18 championship with 7 points.
Alexandra Obolentseva seized the lead in the Girls 18 section, she also has 7 points.
