Valentina Gunina Takes the Sole Lead at Cairns Cup

In the seventh round of the 2019 Cairns Cup in Saint Louis, Valentina Gunina (Russia) defeated Anna Zatonskikh, while another Russian player Alexandra Kosteniuk made a draw against Harika Dronavalli (India). Bela Khotenashvili (Georgia) bested Irina Krush (USA), the games Abdumalik (Kazakhstan) - Dzagnidze (Georgia) and Paehtz (Germany) - Sebag (France) were drawn.
